In the dog days of summer, you may be on the struggle bus with all the other moms who are tired of the same old chicken nuggets and peas for lunch. I am here today to share and FUN and EASY recipe the kids will love as much as you! And it’s only 5 ingredients. Easy peasy!
I found this recipe on TikTok and my husband and I HAD to give it a try.
This was such a fun recipe to make for lunch on a lazy, rainy Saturday afternoon. We had all the ingredients, even the basil from our garden! The kids thought it was so fun to roll the dough up into balls and put into the cupcake tin. For the full video, check it out on my Instagram HERE.
Here’s what you need:
- Grand’s Biscuit’s (we used 2 cans)
- Pepperoni (1 pack, chopped)
- Mozzarella (1 bag of shredded)
- Olive Oil (3 TBs)
- Basil (we used a couple bunches)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, knead dough until combined.
Spoon an ice cream scoop amount of mixture into each cupcake pan section.
Sprinkle with more mozzarella.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden.
Remove and serve with pasta sauce! (We used good ol’ Prego meat sauce that was in our pantry.)
Enjoy!
So good, right? I hope you enjoy this recipe and add it to your meal rotation list for quick and easy kid-friendly meals.
Again, if you want to see the video how we made these, check it out HERE.
Be sure to save it, Pin it, print it, share it with other friends and busy moms!
